#WYME Artist Name: WYME Artist Bio In 2019 the band convinced the judge members of the „PopNRW“ award and were nominated as „best newcomer“ that year. In the following summer they recorded their debut-ep „2AM“. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in summer 2020 the first WYME festival-tour was cancelled. The release of the single „Yours“ was moved from summer to December 2020. In January 2021 „2AM“ was released. Since 2021 WYME is signed by „Indie Radar Ruhr“ (Booking/Management). Together they recorded a short session in the legendary cinema „Lichtburg“ in Oberhausen, which was published on YouTube. On 29th of October in 2021 WYME released their brand new single „Awake“.
